Return & Exchange

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, please contact us at support@comfyable.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (support@comfyable.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will check the status of the return item when we receive it. If it is damaged or not sellable, we will only refund 60% of the total order amount (Shipping costs are excluded, if any).

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY POLICY

Comfyable is dedicated to providing quality products which can protect your digital gear. Every product is quality tested.

Our quality guarantee policies applies only when products have been put to the use intended by Comdyable and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product's intended purpose or coincidental or consequential damage.

GUARANTEE DURATIONS

Comfyable warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period 1-year from the date of original purchase. 

You can claim 2-year warranty by subscribing our website www.comfyable.com with your E-mail address and your Order ID within one year from the date of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Any damages resulting from normal wear, tear and use that affect the functionality of the bag are covered during the warranty period.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage.
